3. Registration and distribution of meeting papers
Online registration
Online registration is now available. A link to the meeting registration page can be found on any of the upcoming meeting pages on the CCAMLR website (along with the agenda and documents, as they are posted).
All registrations are to be approved by the Party Administrator(s) before they can be accepted by the Secretariat. Participants are notified via a system-generated email when their registration has been approved. To assist with meeting logistics it would be appreciated if online registration could be completed and approved by 13 June 2014.
Documents will be available to download from the website as soon as they are published.
Participants will be required to submit a digital passport-size photograph (jpg format). The photo attached to a user profile on the website is sufficient. This can be uploaded using the 'My Account' link at the top of the CCAMLR website or as part of the registration process.
Participants who experience difficulties with registering online should contact the Secretariat on registration [at] ccamlr [dot] org.
Identification cards and other meeting-related information will be available at the start of each meeting.
4. Accommodation
Links to details of various types of accommodation can be found in the Information brochure (1.41 MB). Please note that the Secretariat is not responsible for accommodation arrangements.

6. Social functions
Details of events associated with working group meetings in Punta Arenas will be distributed at a later date.
7. Travel arrangements
Travel arrangements to and from the meetings are the responsibility of participants.
