When not in use for Commission business, the Secretariat Headquarters at 181 Macquarie Street, Hobart, Tasmania have a selection of rooms available for external hire. Conveniently located in the Hobart CBD, our heritage building has spaces that can accommodate between 8 and 250 people depending on the room configuration, with complimentary Wi-Fi and a range of audio-visual systems available for hire. There is space available for drop-off and pick-up, as well as on and off-street parking available nearby. Tea and coffee is available for a small fee, with catering facilities including a separate space for breaks available free of charge
Our experienced and dedicated Administration and Data Information Systems teams will ensure the setup of your space to your requirements, with support on the day available as needed.
Ideal for meetings, training, seminars, and workshops, regular hire hours are between Monday to Friday 0830 – 1630 with additional hours able to be arranged at appropriate rates.
