Office of the Executive Secretary
Executive Secretary Dr David Agnew Appointed under Article XVII of the Convention, and subject to the guidance of the Commission, the Executive Secretary is responsible for the overall coordination of Secretariat services to Members and administration of the Secretariat's operations in Australia. |
Finance, Administration and Human Resources
Finance, Administration and HR Manager Alexandra Seager Responsible for administration, human resources and finance associated with the Commission and Secretariat's annual program of work, including compliance with Australian workplace and financial obligations, personnel administration and support for the Secretariat's local business relationships. |
Accountant Terri McDermott Provides support to the Finance, Administration and HR Manager and is responsible for financial transactions including payroll, budgets, management accounts, taxation matters and audited financial statements. |

Administrative Services Officer Amelia Stoneham Provides support in executing general administrative tasks, records administration, initiatives and projects, accounting processes, supports the annual meeting cycle, and manages reception activities. |
Human Resources Officer Angie McMahon Provides support to the Finance and Administration Manager with the full spectrum of human resources services including, policies, procedures and programs within the Secretariat. |

Fisheries Monitoring and Compliance Manager Todd Dubois Manages the Secretariat's support to the Standing Committee on Implementation and Compliance. Administers the annual program of work associated with compliance-related services in the Secretariat including monitoring and reporting on the implementation of conservation measures. |
Compliance Officer Eldene O'Shea Administers, supports and analyses the effective operation of the Secretariat’s compliance-related systems and functions. Provide support to the Fishery Monitoring and Compliance section through routine compliance monitoring and conducts analyses supporting the CCAMLR Compliance Evaluation Procedure and the Catch Documentation Scheme. |
